Update
January 2004.
Polar & Chloe.

Chloe and Polar are 2 year old litter brother and sister who have been seriously neglected by their previous owner. They were so emaciated they had problems walking, were covered in their own excrement, and 35% below their required body weight and yet still they have not lost all faith in human nature.
Craving attention and inseparable, the traumatised pair were removed from their owner in Jarrow, Tyne & Wear early in the New Year.
A veterinary report suggests that they have been starved for at least 2 months. Their owner was barely able to open the door to the room in which they had been kept due to the faeces on the floor.
Gradually they have been rehabilitated and are gaining weight.
Chloe and Polars care is being sponsored by The Rocky Trust Fund.
