I have owned a GSD for the past 35 years winning over a golden retriever
with no regrets. How beautiful they look, and so intelligent. So I started
training and working obedience trials and agility. I joined Aylesbury GSD
Training club where I met my husband and, on becoming an instructor my
whole life changed. I became more focused in helping people to understand
and work GSD's. Ken and I also enjoy breeding under the affix of "Heelabeary"
where we try to breed selectively to improve the breed in temperament ~
although not to everyone's tastes as they are all long coats.
We have 7 dogs at the moment, which I suppose
counts as a pack, but our whole life revolves around our dogs and helping
people who are not so fortunate with owning and working such beautiful
dogs.
