Alan is an Accredited member of Kennel Club Accreditation Scheme for
Instructors in Dog Training and Behaviour.Associate member of the British
Institute of Professional Dog Trainers, and a member of The National Association
of Dog Obedience Instructors and is a past member of the UK Registry of
Canine Behaviourists and Anglo American Dog Training Academy.
He has been involved in dog training and training clubs for 39 years.
Over the years he has attended over 80 courses on Training, Instructing
and Behaviour. Many of these were weekend courses, held by former Met/Police
Dog Instructor Roy Hunter, first as a Course member and later helping to
run and plan Courses. Also included are 8 five day residential courses.
Alan has also completed an Animal Aiders First Aid Training Course.
Specialist area: The GSD care & training, training problems and
behaviour problem management.
